This Refund Policy is to protect and guarantee both ourselves, and the customer
should anything happen during the order process.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns for defective workmanship within 5 days after purchase. All handwoven items which are not 100% cotton or linen should be washed by hand and hung to dry.
Cotton and linen cloth may be machine washed and dried and a medium setting is recommended.
48 North Handwoven will not be responsible for damage to the cloth due to improper laundering.
All return shipping costs will be handled by the customer.
